Personal Development

At the age of 16, I found out I was going to become a dad. Fatherhood became a catalyst for me to work on myself, not just for me but for my family's future. I spent years with the top counselors and psychologists who specialized in behavioral change, cognitive therapy, and hypnosis, and I was learning the right way to motivate myself and others,

But it wasn't until I found Dr. Rachel Hott and Steven Leeds that I learned how to put the pieces together, combining physical fitness with mental fitness. Today, I’ve managed to combine the skills that I’ve accumulated during all those years of training different types of clients, along with what I had acquired from studying Neurolinguistics programming (or NLP), to create the Strother PT Method for personal development.
